For wireless, all things are in the wiki.

However, based on this

[root@hackbox ~]# dmesg | grep firmware
iwlagn 0000:02:00.0: loaded firmware version 8.83.5.1 build 33692

You have the firmware installed. Look under the Wireless Management section of that link for options. I personally use wicd most the time.
