    Boot path from Debian Live disc

    per request - Debian live boot calls

    I am able to boot using the default option; I don't NEED to use failsafe.

    live boot
    Code:
    /live/vmlinuz initrd=/live/initrd.img boot=live union=aufs
    live boot (failsafe)

    Well I feel stupid...

    Trying to boot slitaz worked once I set acpi=off in the boot string. Unfortunately this distro is named 'slitaz' but I think if I don't like how it runs I can probably make others work now.

    Thanks for the help, though I guess I just needed to think out loud.
