    Arch Error

    Cannot open root devce "hda7" or uknown-block (0,0)
    Please append a correct "root=" boot option
    Kernel Panic - not syncing :VFS:Unable to mount root fs on uknown-block (0,0)

    When do you get this error?
    When installing arch, or its installed and you get this at boot? Or is this not at boot?
    Was there ever a time when arch worked and you didnt get this error?
    If its at boot what loader do you use and what's your menu.lst look like?
