Recently a friend helped me switch over to Arch...love it...however my clock dodnt switch for DLS which I assume is due to the fact that DLS was moved....Well my timezone is correct and Im still an hour behind a buddy of mine was helping me to get it switched earlier but he ran out of time and had to go. Does anyone know how I can fix this?

can't you just change the bios clock?

All you need is Netwok Time Protocol. I recommend you to use OpenNTP.
