ARCH as a Guest.
I'm attempting to run Arch Linux as a guest/domu on my Xen Dom0. When I try to install Arch doesn't see any hardrives.. though I have a virtual hard disk mounted to the guest. Any one had this problem or know how I might get Arch Linux to see my vbd?
Why not use KVM or VirtualBox for you VM needs? Xen is pretty much deprecated these days, especially since a lot of hardware drivers are not supported on it. I stopped using xen-enabled kernels about 4 years ago because of this issue.
I've not had many issues at all using xen and its a very powerful enterprise grade hypervisor. Citrix uses xen in xen server oracle uses it in oracle vm which is still very much alive. I also had a Xen Cloud Platform appliance before I moved to fedora+xen.
