Xfce4

Hello, I am new to the forums. I had a question about the panel in xfce4. Well actually I have two. The first one is how do I change the little xfce applications menu button to the Arch icon. The second question is how do I add applications like wicd or other downloaded applications. I tried right clicking and adding but it only lets me pick from default applications.

1. Right click on the menu button and select (i think) properties. From there you can navigate to an image
2. Right click on the panel and there should be options to create a custom launcher.
