OK, here's my second theme :)

I named it Scientica goes emacs because I borrowed the colors of emacs
This time the windows are "squary" (unlike my first theme)

just a quick question, if I want to change the license to GPL, I must uppload a new tarball with the COPYING file and some note somewhere that the theme is GPL'd (like in the theme config file), right?

No, I haven't tried, yet, but if I get some time left over I'll take a look on how theming is done under KDE, and then there is Sawfish too

Never used it...might try it. The theme looks good, though! Have you pondered doing kahakai themes?
