I need help touching up this image
I have an image with blue ink scribbled on it. I am having some troubling using GIMP to remove the blue ink. I am new to graphic design, and to GIMP. This is very important! I am looking for somebody to assist me to remove the blue ink. Click to download a copy of the image.
