Help Porting a server from Windows to Linux

Hello everyone

I'm a representative of the company Riot Games. I have been given the task by our technical Director to find someone to port our Server from Windows XP to Linux. Unfortunately, I have no idea how to find someone of the technical skills to do this. So I'm asking the Linux community for help. Does anyone know of a company in the Los Angeles California area that could do such a task or a specific classifieds website for this type of business?

For more details on what exactly we need this is the email I got from our Technical Director.

We will need a native port of our server. Not one using Wine or Crossover. Performance will be crucial to us.

Our system is quite small with only about 250 files. Our base, open source networking layer is already multiplatform enabled. We would need a toolchain set up, build system that can hook into our current
(minimal) automated one and the actual porting work. I estimate that this will be a relatively small project.

Thanks everyone in advance.
