PHP Developer Needed

I am looking for a PHP developer to make some changes to a PHP page we have.

The job should be simple. We have a a page that reads from a file that is tab separated into 3 columns. The page allows us to search an item from the file and then see that line 1 time (even though it can be written in the file several times) and has check marks that match values (if any) for that line in the file. Now if we check or uncheck one of the boxes the line matching that value unchecked or checked is either added (checked) or removed (unchecked).

However, we want this changed to work for a different file that will not have multiple of the same lines and is really simpler. We want the file to have options for the line to be changed with On/Off and 4 Priority options. (Only 1 can be check for priority and only 1 can be checked for ON/Off). We still want the basic to check if the value is located to check the box.

I believe that this is done because of the way it reads the file from the array and I can't figure it out on my own. I am in a bind and really need this completed today. I will pay a reasonable price for this project. Please contact me via PM.
