    Are there " folders " in G mail?

    It may be that I can't see the forest through the trees. I now have a G mail account but I can not find anywhere to create any folders to file messages.
    Can someone give me a hand with this? Thank You!!

    Labels are essentially the GMail equivalent of folders. You can create/edit labels in Settings.
