i've been getting the belly on too, or at least i feel like i have. every time i go a few weeks without going to the gym i feel like i'm putting on weight
i'm getting back into the habit after the trauma of changing jobs. four times a week minimum. then again, i'll be 19 next week so i'd reckon it's easier for me. my problem is that when i don't exercise, i put weight on easily, so i go out of my way to keep it off.
Here's why Linux is easier than Windows:
Package Managers! Apt-Get and Portage (among others) allow users to install programs MUCH easier than Windows can.
Hardware Drivers. In SuSE, ALL the hardware is detected and installed automatically! How is this harder than Windows' constant disc changing and rebooting?

Yep, I think it's true that it's easier to hold your weight down when you're younger. Once you're over 35 your metabolism starts to slow and you can find the pounds catching up with you.

I haven't managed to get back into an exercise routine yet, but I'm going to do it. I've decided to emerge from the Winter months with a new look... I want to be lean again.

Not that i'm obese, but I know that being overweight isn't good for me. You might have seen a spoof video by "Weird Al" Yankovic based on Michael Jackson's 'Thriller'. Rather than sing, 'I'm bad!' It's, 'I'm fat!' The line, 'When I sit around the house I really sit around the house' comes to mind.
I am always doing that which I can not do, in order that I may learn how to do it. - Pablo Picasso

I just had to post the full lyrics to Weird Al's Fat. Funny, funny song.

::EDIT:: I almost forgot about this relatively newer one, Grapefruit Diet (parody of Zoot Suit Riot).
