Question Dell, HP or Intel ??

At work, we are about to buy our own webserver (which will be placed externally in a datacenter). Since I am responsible for the Internet/IT activities, I've decided that the webserver will be running on Linux. And so far, there have been three offerings I'm considering. Of course I have my own ideas, but I'd like to hear some other ideas/opinion/experiences on these servers.

So, which one should we choose? How good (or bad) are they compaired to the other? Any experience with support by Dell, HP or Intel? All of them are rack mounted servers (size 1U) and RAID-1 configured.

    Option 1:
    Dell PowerEdge 1950
    QuadCore Xeon 1,6Ghz (2x4MB cache) / 2048MB Ram / DVD / 4x 73GB (10K RPM) SAS harddisks (in pairs raid-1 configured)

    Option 2:
    HP Proliant DL360R05 X / 5335
    QuadCore Xeon 2,0Ghz (2x4 MB cache) / 2048MB Ram / DVD / 4x 72GB (10K RPM) SAS harddisks (in pairs raid-1 configured)

    Option 3:
    Intel SR1500
    DualCore XEON 5110 processor (each core 1,60 Ghz) with 4MB cache / 4096MB Ram / 2x LAN (GB) / 2x 146GB SAS harddiscs / DVD

Final choice will be one of these.
Feel free share any thoughts on this

Once again, I voted Dell. My office is a Dell/IBM shop.

I'd go for HP myself since they seem to have more experience with Linux servers and than the other two.

    I've updated the specifications (it's 4 gig).

    Well lets review:

    Option 1:
    Dell PowerEdge 1950
    QuadCore Xeon 1,6Ghz (2x4MB cache) / 2048MB Ram / CDR-DVD / 4x 73GB (10K RPM) SAS harddisks (2x raid-1 configured)

    Option 2:
    HP Proliant DL360R05 X / 5335
    QuadCore Xeon 2,0Ghz (2x4 MB cache) / 2048MB Ram / CDR-DVD / 4x 72GB (10K RPM) SAS harddisks (2x raid-1 configured)

    Option 3:
    Intel SR1500
    DualCore XEON 5110 processor (each core 1,60 Ghz) with 4MB cache / 4096MB Ram / 2x LAN (GB) / 2x 146GB SAS harddiscs / DVD

Well, the Dell falls away since I have bad expiriences with them..
I never buy them.. anymore.. So that lets the HP and the Intell.
Well the HP is QuadCore Xeon 2,0Ghz (2x4 MB cache) and the intell is DualCore XEON 5110 processor (each core 1,60 Ghz) with 4MB cache
Well, So the Quad can do more.. thats just a fact.
Quad vs Dual.. and 2 vs 1.6.. well the HP wins that.. thats for sure..
And then the next part, the RAM.. well the Intell has double.. and Most of the time.. I have to problem that I run out of RAM instead I run out of Cycle Time.. so well this is a Point for the intell. Then the other stuff.
well I think that GigLan is Important. SO thats another point for the Intell. It just has 2 Harddrives. Well it doesnt have RAID. But I think you can look away from that fact. You can always just make normal Backups. Right..? But well the harddrives from the HP are cool. Since they run 10K. But to be honest. I never really needed that. I run my server fine on 7K.
Well and the Intell had a DVD player. Another Score..
and... as the Beat Down, the Intell has a cool Sticker on the Server ^^ [Intell Inside]
But well, I hope I informent abit and made your choice easyer.
For any questions or Flaws in my explanation. Just tell me.

As a matter of fact, the Intel server would also be Raid-1 configured (I copied the specs and apparently Intel had no reference to it).
