The New Design

Hello Everyone,

We are still experimenting with this new design, as you can see. We would really like to hear all of your opinions on the matter, and what you think of it, and what you think needs to be changed. We're all ears

Regards,
CW.

Nice. I'll have a good luck around!

The default body text seems much larger than before though...

I think it's vastly better. I'd be more inclined to read the articles on the front page now.

It would be good while at linuxforums.org/forum to be able to see what time the last post of each forum was made. Also as bigtom said the fonts are too large, I 'd like smaller fonts

My first impression was WTF?!?
I think it's cool now, but what happened to the "Quick Links" button?? I used the hell out of that, did I wear it out already??

I'll be honest. I don't like the new look. Some of the artwork is interesting but the forums and threads look cluttered and unorganized. I liked the lines on the old design better. Somehow, it looked more professional.

Maybe it will just take some getting used to.

Ditto. That was a very useful feature I'd like to see added back.

I actually prefer the new, simplified navigation. The most common feature I use is "Today's Posts", so now I have one less click. The colors are a little loud (bright white contrasted with dark blue), but still nice looking.

The main thing is the fonts: way too big.
