Slightly bigger than what you want is the HP Pavillion tx1000. It's a 12" screen, but is also sold with a tablet option and can be found in almost every local store. I remember seeing on at BestBuy for $1000 with the tablet option (they all have the turning screen, but not all are touch screen).
