    I was planning on posting about it, but I'll need to translate it. If you want, you can do us all a favor and ask the manufacturers yourself by email. And since you haven't decided yet, ask all of the ones you are thinking about.

    i don't plan on duel booting with win32. however if wine is not getting the job done it would be nice to have the option. thank you for asking, keep me posted.

    Slightly bigger than what you want is the HP Pavillion tx1000. It's a 12" screen, but is also sold with a tablet option and can be found in almost every local store. I remember seeing on at BestBuy for $1000 with the tablet option (they all have the turning screen, but not all are touch screen).

    The only reason I'm suggesting it is because my dad is also thinking about getting one. It's a nice, and cheap, alternative to those Fujitsu laptops, but it's also bigger.
