I'm working on some school project where I'm supposed build a USB IR-remote control receiver for my laptop. I'm using avrusb to make firmware for the device and libusb to write a test program to my computer for it. At the moment it seems that I have working hardware and all I'm missing software for both computer and receiver.
I still have 1 and half month to accomplish this but we'll see if I can since at the moment I'm at the stage of not knowing what the heck is going on with the code most of the time...

This picture is not quite up to date. I have removed voltage regulator, added few zener diodes and made some other changes in order to make room for those diodes after taking it.
It also have some parts it wouldn't need to work as receiver because I'm using it also as development board, so I need connections for programmer.
