i visit a lot of forums, and by far my favorite phrase to read is:
"Thanks! that worked a treat!"

heh heh, i just love it.

i was wondering if any of you knew where it started/came from?

a while ago i found an etymology on the word "foo", so i figure someone out there must have a lot of time on their hands and would figure out where
"worked a treat" came from.

anyone have any links or ideas
