    Hello all

Hey hows it going guys I am overall a Linux noob, but will need to learn a lot. I am working as a senior support engineer for a company that makes Linux based Nas. So I really need to study up on my terminal knowledge, I also need to learn a lot about Mds so if someone can point me in the right direction where i can start learning on how to do manual recoveries on an LVM. And i will be forever grateful.
And here is my new favorite work forum smiley for some humor

    Welcome to the forums!

If you are talking about the command line when you say "terminal knowledge", here's a good place to learn about it:

LinuxCommand.org: Learn the Linux command line. Write shell scripts.
