    Because enough users come from the UK to justify it's own entry. Also, UK members are native speakers of the English language, and the rest of Europe isn't. It may or may not be interesting to anyone though because we don't really have an active Language Police Department on this board, but maybe it stands as a good reminder that not all posters have English as a first or even as a second language (Moi? Je parle toutes les langues, exceptée la langue française parce que c'est une langue très difficile ).
