Very nice, qv! I've really started taking a liking to a clean and uncluttered desktop. Nice background, too. Kinda has that dramatic feel to it!

thankyou, he is a pure bread merle great dane. only 5 weeks old there, he is now nearly 50 kilos at 5 months of age. needless to say, he does not fit on my bed anymore but it was nice while it lasted hehe

I am a big fan of uncluttered desktops as well, much more asthetic

It's been only a few days since my last post, and I decided to make some changes to slim down my desktop. I love the results.
New themes: GTK, Metacity, Icons. And a new wallpaper.
Details:
Metacity: nMetacity
GTK2: Tango Inspirat
Icon Theme: Gnome-Brave
Window Title Font: MonteCarlo Sans
Terminal Font: ProFont (also use this in gEdit for scripting in perl)
Wallpaper: Colors by "panic tape"
