Applications Running : Pidgin ( Yes, I am using Gnome packages in KDE ), Konqueror and Konsole

Clean Desktop :

I have set Keyboard shortcuts for almost everything including Main Menu. No Icons, no shortcuts on Desktop.It is amazing what you can accomplish if you do not care who gets the credit.
