    Smile First Install(Fedora) a Success!

    Gents,

    Thanks so much for helping all of us newbies!

    I just installed Fedora 8 and it was successful on the first attempt!!

    For so long - I used that other OS, and am really thankful to change my ways.

    After researching, I picked Fedora 8 - and plan to continue development on my sf.net project j-flightlog.sourceforge.net by using java development, eclipse, subversion, mysql, and jsp.

    Things are running great on my laptop for now... here it is:

    Pentium 4, 500MB RAM, 60GB Hard Drive

    I'd like to try to work with/learn Slackware too, maybe on an external hard drive.
