I thought this was such good news, that I , yep you guessed it, I installed it.
A few simple modifications to the tutorial will get it installed on Gentoo.
I do not respond to private messages asking for Linux help, Please keep it on the forums only.

I've found a few user-created DEB files around the internet as well. It won't take long before this is in a repository somewhere, I think.
