    Brainfood, brainpower and concentration

    Hi,

Have you ever considered looking into food and exercises that can increase your brain power in ways that help you learn faster and easier and stay focused, thus giving you a creative drive that locks you in the "zone"?

I did a little research and found out that the natural plant extract called Ginkgo biloba, actually helps memory and fruit with glucose helps increase brain energy levels.

Has anybody else got any LEGAL info that they can share on the subject?

    Cheers!

And to make it harder. Write the Code as small as posible. And only use 5 Registers

I think he means. Like that you have to play some chess with source codes. Like making an Linux kernel with less then 5 registry's and make it less then 5mb. If you beat that you get a cookie.

    Keep your brain active...

Solve progressively harder sudoku and crosswords. And other puzzles.

You could try learning the Major System. Also read books by Tony Buzan. I would never have got my degree without a little help from him. If you develop memory techniques, then you simply don't need to work as hard to remember things... In fact, forgetting them can be a problem.

Blimey! Isn't it easier just to remember things?

You can increase your brainpower as well as improve your health by buying and using a juicer to extract vegetable juices, especially root vegetables, every day.

Dr. Walker's book " Raw Vegetable Juices " is no longer printed but you might find a used copy somewhere or you could go to a health food store or a book store to see what is available there.

I recommend Champion Juicers because they can take the abuse males give to them.
