    May I post resolutions?

    Hi
    A question for the admin guys. I have had a devil of a time installing Fedora 8 on an old Compaq Proliant 1600 but finally got things to a stage where I can boot an operational GUI. I also installed Fedora 8 on my main PC, Intel 6600 CPU with SATA RAID WinXP installed. I overcame some issues with both but never found an easy solution on forums or googling. Should I create a post with the tweaks which helped me, or is there somewhere else this info (which could potentially save other newbies hair-pulling aggravation) ought to go? I am new to forums, letalone Linux ones!

    Thats a good idea. Start a new thread and post all tweaks and workarounds. It may help other users.
    It is amazing what you can accomplish if you do not care who gets the credit.
