I am using Adblock to block ads, Fasterfox to make it slightly faster (though those tweaks are easily done in about:config if you're not lazy), and DOD Configurator to logon with my cac card for some Army things.

I'm using AdBlock, Forecastfox, FireBug and Webdeveloper (last two are 'a must' if you're a developer of web-based apps, specially firebug)
