Hello to all Linux users basic and beyond. I am simple and I have an objective.
Asset:
Dell Inspiron 1505
AMD64 Turion x2
120GB HD -2GB RAM
Objective Project: Triple Boot SUSE 10.3 - UBUNTU 7.10 -FEDORA 8
Progress: 0% as of start date 02/28/08
The question is how to cleanly install these 3 OS's . Please no what I woulds! or you shoulds! or maybes.
Please lets work together like pro's with Factual and Quality Data as engineers of the new Desktop and World of Open Software as Engineers and not like techies.
I do not mean well, I mean done... This is the Only way that we can surpass the walls by breaking through the windows where the scenery is beautiful post red pill induction.
Thank You to all of you who have come together to provide such a great experience in the digital world that Linux is now.

All three will recognise the other OSes and update their bootloader accordingly. All you need to do is install them one after another, leaving free space after each for the next. It seems this is for a learning experience...while I would normally recommend partitioning out the filesystem e.g. /, /home, /tmp etc. in this case I would leave one whole partition for each distro until you progress further and decide to stick with one.
All you need to do is download the CD/DVD iso files, burn them to disc (as an image!) and then boot from each one in succession.
I know you asked for facts rather than should's/would's but I don't see much point in trying to get three distros working when getting one going will provide as much of a learning curve. Running three distros will distract you from actual usage into the land of permanent configuration. Also Fedora and SUSE are both rpm based and similar in many ways - If you are intent on going this route I would suggest more variation - maybe go with a binary or source based package other than running two rpm distros.

Thank You for your prompt response. In addition to your inputs I have tasted many Distros and I have been familiar with the Linux OS's for 8 months now where I have narrowed 5 distros that I'd like to specialize in (SUSE: Open SUSE, SLED) (RedHat:FEDORA) (Ubuntu) (XANDROS).
This is as you mention a learning objective. I want to boot into any of the distros I like to reference amonst them from one intial PC). The area where I get stuck is when I have to edit the /boot/ grub/menu.lst file so that one OS can now carry the rest.
I can dual boot XP or VISTA with a Linux distro but I want to multi boot Linux Distros **ONLY**
I hope I have been able to describe my objective clearly BigTomRodney. - Your thoughts are appreciated in advance.

Well if you get stuck and one of the distros doesn't recognise the others, you can just mount the root (or boot) partition of the others and copy the details out of the other menu.lst or grub.lst. It's fairly straightforward but I can see why you would be concerned.
I would say just go ahead and install - if you are using the latest releases you should be fine, if you have any trouble we can walk you through it. I would imagine that they will be autodetected but I suspect the one least likely to do this is Ubuntu, so maybe install that one first
