Anyone planning to attend Penguicon 6.0?
A convention for Open Source and Science Fiction ("make the future happen"), which is coming up on April 18-20, 2008, at the Troy, MI (suburban Detroit) Hilton. Lots more info at Penguicon Science Fiction and Open Source Convention if you want to look it up. I found out about it attending a different convention at the same hotel back in January.

I'd love to, but it's too late for me to arrange a trip to Michigan (and pay for it). Maybe next year when I'm not trying to schedule and pay for a wedding.

Looks like a good time! Wish I could go, but that just ain't gonna happen. Looks like it's going to a busy convention. I would love to see that Giant Singing Tesla Coil.

Penguicon 6.0
I'm preregistered for the convention and have my hotel room, so yeah, the plan is to go.
