    Saying Hi

    Hi Forums,
I'm Don from Central Washington University. I'm the computer support for our Chemistry dept. We have a mixed bag of Windows, Linux (RHEL) and IRIX here. I'm currently playing with Ubuntu and just downloaded Mint to try it out. I spent the last 14 years administering a Windows network. I would sometimes install RedHat just for fun and experiments with file and printer sharing and try to convince my company to migrate to Linux but they bought the Microsoft Enterprise package. Prior to that I was a Unix admin in the late 80s to early 90s. I'm looking forward to finding good tools and helpful hints. ~Don
