no support for PC-to-PC home networking, sharing printers across a network, and limited to running three programs concurrently

If I can't connect to a PC at my house then I am guessing that there is no tcp stack and or NIC so it's nothing but a stand alone machine. No e-mail no surfing the web (for porn). What else is a computer used for?
