    Something just happened...

... I became a guru. It's taken me years! I now have a long white beard and a loin cloth. No bananas though.

I just bought a new guitar as well: reasons to be cheerful!

Thanks bigtomrodney. Let me take this opportunity to thank you all for having me on here. I've learned a lot from posting on here, and I appreciate the value of online communities like this.

PS: when I said 'no bananas' I meant 'I don't have any'. I would like some, please.

    Congratulations fingal !

I noticed your post count ( 1490 ) around 9-10 days ago and was waiting for this moment. I thought I will be the first to congratulate you but it looks like I am a bit late.

    Congrats once again GURU !!

It is amazing what you can accomplish if you do not care who gets the credit.

    Well done mate!

I always thought you *were* a guru! I never thought to look under your nickname to see that you weren't!

EDIT: Well apparently I can only send you four bananas at a time...

Thanks everyone... It feels like my birthday somehow (even though that's a few months away). I'm munching chocolate, and twanging the guitar once in a while. Bananas! Where would we be without those?

I'm off to London this month (twice) so I have a lot to do, but I'll visit LFO once in a while to post some stuff. Enjoy your week.
