    You can install CS2 under wine there is a nice little tutorial here.

    Have you given Gimp a go though as it comes bundled with Ubuntu and has mostly all the functions of photoshop and if its the look and feel of photoshop you like then there is gimpshop which you can try which is over here and is available as a deb for easy install too.
