Another new face
Well, I'm semi-new to linux, having run Debian 3.1 and then Ubuntu 7.10 on one of my laptops for a while as a generic "bash-the-keys-and-pray" ex-windows users, for about 6 months.
Now I've made a bigger break from old MS and set up a self-build PC with Debian Etch (which I really quite like so far).
I've only had a few glitches so far, but that's really what brings me here, and I hope I'll be able to get everything fixed with the community's help
And possibly even bring a couple of my (kind-of) fixes for what I've solved already to anyone who needs them!
So, Hi! And I'll be seeing you around I suppose.

Hi and Welcome to the LinuxForums !

Debian is one of my favourite distro and I am using Debian Etch in my production machine too.
I hope you will enjoy your stay over here.
It is amazing what you can accomplish if you do not care who gets the credit.
