    Hi all visitor,
    i am a new member in this forum. can anyone send me any information about how i can install Huawei ETS 2058 FWT modem in my linux mandriva?

    if anybody please send me the url of the website from which i can install modem driver of this FWT modem.

    I'm not at all familiar with this product. Can you tell us more about it? Is it an internal modem? external? High speed? 56k? DSL? Cable? If high speed, are you also using a router? The more info you can provide, the better your chances will be with someone helping you.

    Dear Dan,
    it is an external FWT modem from Huawei technology, China.
    it is a 156.3k USB wireless modem. can u send me any information about how i can install it into my Linux mandriva 2008 & browse the net? u can also send me the url of the website from which i can install nesscessary modem driver for my modem to install in linux mandriva.
    my modem is ETS 2058.
    plz. help me.

    I have no idea what language this is, and I could not get it to translate, but this is all I could find. It appears from the article they are using wvdial to get connected. Have you contacted the manufacturer via an email request for technical support? They just might be able to help you. Sorry I couldn't help more...
