My personal opinion is that you are a cleverly disguised troll or add bot.

    hi,

first of all i think that you might consider not using colored bold typeface.

for the pc somebody who needs XP would buy the XP one. why?
because that way he/she would have XP recovery(CD , DVD or recovery partition) and given that Linux is free he/she can install Linux free of charge and go for a dual boot.

but as for me i dont use Windows at home so i wouldnt care about XP
Linux and me it's a love story

yeh i would get the xp one so you can dual boot and still have the ability to play games and whatnot in xp and have linux awesomeness all at the same time.
Microsoft isn't evil, they just make really crappy operating systems.

Gaming would not be good at all on the EEEPC. Esp with the limited hard drive space, and the specs.

I don't think Linux is free. If I buy the Asus Eee PC with a Windows XP Operating System on eBay, how am I supposed to get back the Linux?? And why shouldn't I use coloured bold typeface???

    Still not understanding...

I still don't get it. If I buy the Asus Eee PC on eBay where it says it has a Windows XP operating system, how would I ALSO get Linux???? My question is this: I'm buying the mini-laptop on eBay. Should I get one with a Windows XP operating system specified or a Linux!? I really really really appreciate it. And I'm not a robot (or a troll), Oxygen.

We bought our EEE PC with Linux and boy was that a mistake. It doesn't allow me the pleasure of running defrag, Spybot, Adaware, Norton or McAffee. I so miss having to pay for one of the last two. In fact, the stupid thing comes with an entirely free word processor and a host of other costless apps. It never gets viruses, Trojans, Worms and the like, and no matter how hard I try, the Firefox web browser refuses to get trashed by a browser hi-jacker or miningware. This thing is no fun at all.
