    Smile Hi, newly installed Mandrake, need some support to get going fine!

    Hi,
    I am Virendra, 18 years of age male.
    I am from Ahmednagar city of Maharashtra state of India.
    I have recently started using Linux & wants to try Solaris & others'.

    The most surprising thing in linux I found that, It don't need to install any kind of drivers which are very necessory in all versions of Windows.

    Also, I had heard about linux that It has the least threat of Viruses,
    which usually makes you feel very unsecure when you are surfing using Windows.

    I would like to say thank all, who worded on Linux series .......

    I am very friendly person & likes to meet friends across the world.......

    Welcome to the LinuxForums !
    Are you using Mandrake or Mandriva? Mandrake is pretty old and latest version is know as Mandirva. Check the link in my Singnature. You will find a lot of useful info.
    It is amazing what you can accomplish if you do not care who gets the credit.
