    Hello

I'm going to be pretty useless to you all, I'm afraid. I've only played around with Linux and now want to use it to get more control of my Mac.

But, if anybody wants to know about the history of auto safety, I'm your man.

    Welcome to the forums exchaoordo

Auto safety ... does that extend to the techi bits of traction control ? has anyone cracked the problem of stopping cars doing nasty things if a tyre has a blow out?

    Traction Control

Sorry, not an engineer, only a historian. But, yeah, that should be licked with runflat tires or if you can get yourself a luxury car with traction control and lane keeping control all will be bliss. Don't worry, pretty soon the cars will drive themselves.
