    I know we've already hashed this over, but I find it fascinating that we're still hearing about ISP's trying to find ways to throttle and/or filter P2P traffic on the networks.

    Well, now the story goes further, their going to start setting Bandwidth caps for all users, with *special* tiers for your very own needs. uke:
    Comcast mulling metered access, 250GB monthly bandwidth caps

    Nice way to phrase it, Mike... *special* tiers! Heh... gotta love it. Makes me wonder if they'll still advertise services with "Unlimited Download" and leave those pesky 'tiers' hidden in the fine print

    wouldnt that be false advertising or something like that if they still labeled them as unlimited downloads?
    couldnt they get in trouble when someone hits his/her limit and on there contract it says unlimited? (i smell lawsuits)

    In my opinion Yes, P2P just means person to person, or point to point, so Torrents fall under that category because it's distributed via P2P.
