Answers = yes / no
Here is another one for you to ask

Verify? Sometimes.
Backup of backup? Only critical items, usually offsite.
Test Restore? Critical, always do.
Test restores are the thing a lot of people forget about that ends up getting them caught out.

Yes to both. I have two external hardrives and backup everything on my computer to at least one of them. One of the harddrives is a portable one that I can take with me to work and I have all my work related stuff on the college network. So, some of my stuff is backed up in three different places! I have literally years and years of work on my computer harddrive and I'm paranoid about losing any of it, especially as my computer's getting a bit long in the tooth now.
