Hello from a linux newbie here
I have been a passive (non-registered) user of this forum for a month or two and decided to join in only now - and my first experience has already been very helpful!
Thanks to the all the souls chipping in with their time to help others
BTW, I am a new entrant to Linux (Fedora) from Windows.

Newbie-ism Rocks!
Dear N-bie:
I sometimes sign my posts "The Eternal Newbie." I often wonder if there is anyone who has used Linux as many years as I have and who knows less about it than I do, LOL! Anyway, we're good for the Linux world because we come along and keep the important questions still fresh. There's so much to be done, and since I'm not a programmer, sadly, the only thing I can do is keep raising important questions from my Newbie point of view.
