    Hi, new here

    Hi guys,

So, I'm new to these forums, am a young South African software developer living in London.

I work primarily in Windows, but because our software is multiplatform (Windows XP and RHEL4) I do occasionally use RHEL4. I've also used Ubuntu and Debian for a bit (doing testing to set up BugZilla) and Fedora Core (at university, think it was Fedora Core 3). That being said, I am by no means a Linux pro or anything, I'm still about one stage above the utter newb stage.

So.... currently my interest in Linux for the home is because I need a software wireless access point (as described in detail in another thread), but who knows, I'm sure it will be useful for more than that.
