Problem in installing Ubuntu 8.04 into IBM Lenovo G410
I ave recently change from Vista to Linux Ubuntu 8.04, i manage to convert from vista into Ubuntu, but the problem is m wireless and bluetooth is not working as it is. even my 3G modem from HwaWei model E169 is not working when i plug it into the system.

You asked for an expert and you got me instead!


Open a terminal and type:
This will list the usb devices on your system, so you can see if it was recognized.Code:lsusb
Go to System->Administration->Network.
Click Unlock and give your password.
Your 3G HwaWei model E169 should appear there. Give the right configuration, as you have in Vista and it should work.
