Computing while intoxicated is not a good Idea. It leaves a permanent record of a temporary condition. Mail Goggles may help, but it doesn't address the larger issue of 'computing while stupid'; of which 'computing while intoxicated' is merely a subset.. Computing while stupid is a condition that affects thousands -if not millions- of people around the globe. I am embarrassed to say that I myself fell victim to CWS (computing while stupid) just the other night. I came terrifyingly close to sending an email to my boss which outlined my plans for leaving the state, and by logical extension, my place of employment. It was only through the miracle application of that time-honoured phenomenon, 'SDL' (sheer dumb luck) that I somehow inadvertently dodged the bullet. The SDL on this occasion took the form of a misplaced keystroke, causing the employment-ending missive to be deleted, rather than being sent to my entire contact list. I wonder if the customers on site noticed all the blood rushing from my face.

(Note to self: Never, ever, ever send email from a blackberry while in the throes of a hypoglycemic episode.)
