Hello,

I want to create a distro not for myself but for all the new general users who has switched over from windows, or for those users who get confused or find it difficult to use other linux distros. I dont have any linux programming knowledge but I have a clear idea about what features it will have etc. Please help me.

Just my own opinion, but you should probably get some programming experience under your belt before tackling the creation of a new linux distribution. I don't think the majority of programmers will be willing to create a new one for you. Of course, I could be wrong and someone might be willing to do just that.
