Hello all from Stonebow
Howdy all
Just thought I had better introduce myself to you all. Im Steve from the UK. I have been slowly getting used to Linux over the last year whilst dual booting vista (which I hardly boot into nowadays), I started off with PCLOS 2007, then moved onto mandriva 2008.1 and waited to see what KDE 4 was like. KD4 I found was a disappointment for me, I just cannot get comfy with it even though it is still early days. I decided to try a gnome based distro and currently settling down with FC9.
My current knowledge is pretty limited at the mo with linux but im hoping to pick more up while im here

Welcome to thr forum Stonebow!
I think you're not alone in that view of KDE4 so far (there are a few threads already on it here). With that said we're all hopeful and excited for future releases!
Glad you're enjoying Linux so far and glad to have you in the community. See you around
