Hi there! If you look at the options near the top of the page, you should cee one called UserCP. Click on that, you'll be taken to your Control Panel. Listed down the left column, you'll have all the options for adding Avatar's or a signature.

I see it now. Curious the header bar is invisible, I must highlight it to see it. I thought adding profile is not permitted for the person who just joined. Thanks.
