Welcome to the forums.
CentOS is basically RHEL without the RH branding and support. It won't be as cutting edge as Fedora so which is best depends on your needs.
My Server is Centos (cli only)
My desktop is XubuntuIf we hit that bullseye, the rest of the dominoes will fall like a house of cards. Checkmate! (Zapp Brannigan)
