    Facebook Really Ticked Me Off

Have you ever sat and typed a witty fun e-mail to a friend and right before you sent it you attached an object to the e-mail, only to have your email just disappear?? Well ppl that just happened to me! I've never had a prob with FB until today. Normally I'd save my e-mail in a text file incase the site times out or crashes but today I figured, sure it'll be ok. So I went to attach an object to the e-mail and a nice pop-up appeared with a list of objects to choose and a link for more items. Well I figured lets see what else they have and clicked the link. Did the link load in the pop-up or open a new browser window??? After all that would be a better way to do it...but low and behold it did not. It loaded it in the parent window and removed my e-mail. Oh you say, did you click the browser back button because it should still be in the history. Well, I did but e-mail was gone. Instead of just going back a page, FB posts back to itself and reloads the page. Oh how annoying.

Anyways, that my rant for the day. Sorry just had to get that out. lol
So how are all of you today?

I'm doing fine today. I understand your frustration with facebook. My Neice doesn't like the new format either.

    Happy Trails.

I know how you feel. I don't like the new format either. Fortunately, I am getting used to it. However, that is mostly because I have no choice. Anyway, I learned a long time ago, and I even do this on forums and hotmail as well, that when I get done typing something long, I highlight all the text and right-click to copy the text. So that if something happens, I can just open a new text box and paste it right in.

I know that doesn't help you now. haha and I know your frustration. I've had it happened before, too.

Same here... I've learned to never trust the web to handle content properly, so it's often a cut/paste job when it's more than a few lines, or any kind of attachment to be included.
