What to do on a cluster....
(Yeah, I'm still around...)
So... I finally have a chance to play with a Linux cluster!!
PelicanHPC, to be specific. But PeilcanHPC doesn't really have that much of interest on it by default... I'm sure I can figure out how to customize it (although I'm sure I should try just customizing a LiveCD first... might be an easier task to begin with), but do you know of any apps that are made for Linux clusters, or simply anything that might be fun to try?
The cluster istelf isn't all that impressive; the control node is an Intel Celeron (2.2 GHz) and the four slave nodes are approximately the AMD equivalents thereof.
Any hits?

+1 on that... Hey, I could bring my 007 movie collection to work and rip them all here!
And actually, the final destination of this cluster is that it will be doing heavy duty image rastering. If anyone knows a program (for linux at all, much less cluster-supportive) then that would be a nice thing to know.
