    New here

    Hey everybody! New here. Figured I'd tell yall a little about me and why I signed up here. I'm a junior in college, just switched to computer science for my major...not really sure what I want to do with it but it seems like I can do more with it than my previous major (Zoology), I'm planning on getting one of those little netbooks in the next couple weeks and plan on running some version of Linux on it, and I'm hoping I can pick up a lot of info on here as well as network with some people here as well.

    Welcome to Linuxforums..

    You can learn much about linux it's working and mainly how to troubleshoot and fix the issue. We all are here to distribute and exchange our knowledge of Linux as much as we can. Linux is fun !! Only if you've good knowledge of basic commands..
